2. Payments and Donations

All payments made through this website are processed by Buenos Muzik via RazorPay, and Moqui Pictures LLC via Stripe. These payments are considered donations to support WPC Team India and are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases as outlined below.

3. Submission Fees

We have waived the submission fee for participants representing Team India at the World Photographic Cup. However, donations are encouraged to help us maintain this opportunity.

4. Merchandise Sales

Please note that no physical goods are sold online via donations on this website. Merchandise associated with WPC Team India is sold through third-party platforms such as Amazon. All refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for merchandise purchases are handled by the respective third-party platforms.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the donation or submission process will be used solely for the purposes of managing Team India and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Modifications

Buenos Muzik reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products

As a participant or donor, you may receive digital products such as certificates or digital content. These will be delivered via email to the address provided during the registration or donation process.

2. Physical Products

No physical goods are shipped directly via donations on this website. Any merchandise associated with WPC Team India that is purchased through third-party platforms like Amazon will be subject to the shipping policies of those platforms.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

All donations made through this website via RazorPay are non-refundable. Donations are used to support the operations of WPC Team India and to provide opportunities for talented Indian photographers.

2. Exceptional Cases

In the event that a donation was made in error, you may submit a clear written appeal for a refund. Appeals must be sent to refund@buenosmuzik.com. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations of donations are only accepted if a proper written request is made. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to refund@buenosmuzik.com. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and if accepted, any applicable refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Merchandise Purchases

Refunds and cancellations for merchandise purchases are handled exclusively by the third-party platforms through which the products were bought, such as Amazon. Please refer to the respective platform’s policies for more details.
